For the Banana Milk:
- 1 Banana, ripe
- 1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped (optional)
- 1 cup Oat Milk or any other milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Honey (optional)
For the Latte:
- 1 cup Coffee, brewed
Instructions
- Prepare the Banana Milk: In a pot, combine banana, walnuts, milk, cinnamon, vanilla, and honey. Cook over medium heat until boiling, then simmer for 10 minutes.
- Blend: Remove from heat, blend until smooth, and strain.
