  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 10 oz spinach, long stem removed
  • 14 oz artichoke hearts, chopped
  • Optional: 1 tsp hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat and prepare: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside to prevent sticking.
