Instructions
- Prepare Pan: Line a rimmed baking pan with parchment paper to prevent the chocolate from sticking.
- Melt Chocolate: Place the chocolate in a double boiler and heat gently, stirring frequently until melted and smooth. Alternatively, you can melt the chocolate in a microwave using short bursts and stirring between intervals.
- Spread Chocolate: Pour the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking pan. Using a knife or offset spatula, spread it evenly to about 1/4- to 1/2-inch thickness.
- Add Toppings: Evenly sprinkle candy corn, Halloween sprinkles, candy eyeballs, and any other chosen toppings over the melted chocolate.
- Harden: Let the bark harden at room temperature for at least 2 hours until very firm, or place it in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes until set.
- Serve or Store: Once firm, break the bark into pieces and serve. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in a cool place to maintain freshness.
