Instructions
- Lightly toast the sourdough bread: Prepare the bread by toasting it lightly.
- Slice the tomatoes: Cut the heirloom tomato into slices a little over ¼ inch thick.
- Spread mayonnaise and chives: Spread mayonnaise on both slices of bread. Sprinkle finely chopped chives on the mayo-ed bread.
